I was an integral part of the Fiserv squad at Amplav, serving as a UX/UI Designer for Adobe AEM. In a multidisciplinary and international environment, I collaborated with clients in LATAM and the United States, employing agile methodologies for product success.During this period, I actively participated in meetings with teams of different nationalities, contributing to the creation and optimization of websites. Working alongside development, UX writing, and project teams, I focused on developing intuitive design concepts, always emphasizing usability. In addition to my design skills, as I gained seniority, I took on the responsibility of conducting internal training sessions on the Adobe AEM platform for fellow colleagues.

During my tenure as a scholarship intern, I served as a Creation and Content Assistant at the University Agency of FAG Toledo. My primary contributions included strategically creating content and visual pieces, developing Key Visuals (KVs) for university campaigns, and maintaining a dedicated focus on customer service.Additionally, I led event teams at WorkFAG, a career fair organized by FAG, for two editions. In this role, I managed volunteers, planned teams and schedules, and created activities related to graphic design and advertising. This experience enabled me to develop crucial skills in project and product management, as well as enhancing my abilities as a designer and creator.

I had the responsibility of leading the monthly content planning for profiles of doctors specializing in various fields on Instagram. My activities involved extensive research to bring relevant news and updates, creating engaging themes aligned with market trends.Additionally, I played a role in caption writing, incorporating strategic hashtags to optimize visibility. My integrated approach aimed not only at textual creation but also guided the design team in the graphic realization of the pieces, ensuring a impactful presence aligned with the visual identity of each medical professional.

As a Social Media Designer at Green Digital Agency, I worked on the development of visual assets for social media platforms, with a special focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. My responsibilities included creating materials for brand manuals, corporate stationery, and web pages.I adopted a user-centered (UX) approach and focused on crafting engaging content to optimize the visual user experience. This experience in an international agency, operating in Canada, Brazil, and Africa, broadened my global perspective and enhanced my design skills for diverse cultural contexts.

During my time as a Junior UX/UI Designer at Altavia / GM Holding, I actively participated in the complete creation of products, from the conception of the MVP to the launch.I developed innovative designs for commercial promotion, encompassing branding and advertising materials as requested by the startups under the holding. I collaborated directly with the development team, working alongside a senior programmer and a business leader. My responsibilities included developing the design for applications and websites, where I crafted engaging launch content and prototypes.
