I am a partner in the construction and property team at Duncan Cotterill having relocated from the UK. I have 15 years' construction, property and procurement law experience specialising in all forms of commercial and mixed use real estate and have previously advised clients in relation to all aspects of front-end construction, mixed use schemes including site structuring to maximise profit, disposal strategy, ongoing management issues and phasing of schemes. This has also included working on some highly innovative schemes which included new technologies or construction techniques, for example combined recycled heat and water plant, solar panels, pre-constructed residential units and car park elevators and electric car charging stations.I have also provided advice to both the public and private sector in relation to various infrastructure projects and developments around them.
