For the organisation of this event, for one year I ran the pedagogical department, whose responsibilities were to organise all the lectures, workshops and visits. This involved weekly meetings, searching for speakers, contacts, preparation of presentations and interviews. I developed great leadership and team management skills and learned a lot about organisation. Moreover, during the 4 days of the event, I showed remarkable resilience and the ability to solve unexpected problems effectively.
