As Junior Partner I worked alongside the Partners on sustainability projects where I delivered corporate responsibility report copywriting, statistical analysis and audit of Credit 360 results, as well as strategic consultancy. I was primary researcher and co-author of Green Screen report on the future sustainability potential of the IT industry.I was also the social media strategist for the newly created Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) professionals, and an active part of the secretariat team for industry clubs such as the Responsible Media Forum and PRELIMS paper industry forum, facilitating roundtable discussions and organising the annual Mirrors and Movers conference.

Multi stakeholder management was key to this role, forging close relationships with brand, sales and category teams, and external retailer marketing and buyer contacts, and a range of digital, media and creative agencies. I tracked the delivery, sales and performance of the Christmas Gifting range. I developed and distributed the Christmas Gifting sales tracker every week, monitoring sales compared to forecast. My accurate and thorough forecast tracking enabled the Gifting team to deliver double digit growth at 23% that year vs the previous year, for which the Gifting team won a Chairman’s Award. I worked closely with Category, Brand, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams, running detailed reports on ProClarity and conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment and that we stayed on track with forecast. I independently conducted a project for the Sustainability Deodorants Manager on sustainability in gifting and explored opportunities to make Gifting more sustainable going forwards.
