As the Strategic Project Manager at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, I am involved in a wide variety of short-term and long-term projects including annual strategic planning, program impact reporting, internal communications, company-wide meetings, senior leadership retreats, employee recognition & enrichment, DEAI strategy (training & engagement), cross-departmental conservation impact, and more. I apply my skills daily as a communicator, organizer, and influencer. I also aid in workshop facilitation, project management training, and technological support.With experience working for non-profits that prioritize environmental sustainability, I bring a unique approach to content creation, problem-solving, and project management. My passion is the natural environment and I strongly believe that "the Earth does not belong to us, we belong to the Earth."
