Since 2014, Integrated Ideas has been partnering with businesses of all shapes and sizes offering a suite of brand and graphic design services, as well as web design and portal development through to digital marketing services.I enjoy building business relationships and helping customers to deliver a great marketing presence across the board - to help them enhance, engage and grow using my experience to deliver great results. Here’s a little of my story of how I got here:After being made redundant from a company where I had worked for 2 decades through its various guises, I couldn’t let either my clients or team mates down, so I rose to the challenge and took the opportunity to start up Integrated Ideas Agency Ltd, which does what it says on the tin, a digital agency offering integrated marketing services. Over 10 years later we’re still delivering great projects for clients, some of whom have been alongside me through it all so I must be doing something right! I love to dig deeper into a client’s problem or requirements, understand why they think they need our services, throw a few of our own ideas in the mix and plan a strategic way forward in the most practical, technology driven or visual way. Or maybe create the special fully bespoke solution. I have worked my way from the bottom up! The journey from a young desktop publisher within BT where my role entailed being given a prototype product, finding out how on earth to use it and how it functioned then doing a little desktop publishing to write and design a user guide to sit in the box for the end customer to refer to when they purchased the product was amazing. I loved testing and using the product, finding all those details and expressing them on a page for others to refer to… I think it all started right there – the love to research, find technical discoveries, design, print and deliver! Now the passion has grown into all things digital. My strengths are helping businesses have the right online presence and helping them in achieving their goals and improving their marketing efforts. I excel at ideas, and love bringing those ideas to life with my team!
