I manage our stellar Solutions team where we ensure that our clients are receiving the best-in-breed customer service, technology and consultation related to their eDiscovery needs. In this role, I straddle the divide between our Business Development team and our Client Service team. I am the lead sales engineer at Array as well as a seasoned Analytics and complex workflow consultant for our potential clients, existing clients and project managers.

I manage the eDiscovery portfolios of our corporate and law firm clients who have many eDiscovery matters with Array. Together with their internal legal departments, in-house and outside counsel, we design programs that conform to the goals, budgets and resources of our clients. I design eDiscovery workflows, reporting schema and business intelligence analysis to meet needs of managing many types of eDiscovery projects, including litigation, employment and internal investigations. I consult on complex workflow design and manage day-to-day resources and escalation points on behalf of our Portfolio Accounts.

I consult with our clients on their eDiscovery needs and create, promote and execute on innovative, workflow-driven and cost-saving solutions to drive their goals and conform to their budgets. I specialize in the Relativity and RelativityOne review platform but have a deep knowledge of all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model including other platforms and technologies. My strength is in solving complex problems and guiding my clients through the agreed-upon solution with step-by-step reporting, consistent communication and proven successful outcomes.
