I am a senior member services representative with Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare currently, working my way to the world of social media, travel blogging, and creating visual content. I take an ordinary telephone interaction and take it to the next level with my knowledge of customer service, and knowing how to keep people coming to my places of work. I build relationships with all of my members. I'm always looking to make new connections, and grow. As humans, we tend to gravitate back to places where we felt comfortable and understood by people who work there, or personalities we see online. I strive to make small experiences memorable. Creating interactions out of transactions, and making any experience memorable. I keep up with new technologies, and programs learning them as I use them. I learn what people want, and create something that keeps them coming back to wherever I am. Whether it in a short phone call, a video, a podcast, or an article. I always take it to the next level by creating strong connections with my customers, or audience.
