- Effectively reduced the cut and sew GTM timeline from 13 months to 9 months.- Transitioned cut and sew production from multiple vendors to one singular vendor, and visit overseas factory to implement new development and production standards and responsibilities.- Improved garment sustainability, while keeping the cost of goods equal or less than existing to maximize profits.- Created and managed technical packages including CAD illustrations, bill of materials, construction call outs, garment measurements and size grading, packaging and trim details. - Coordinated fit sessions by scheduling fit model, sending calendar invite to all necessary attendees, prepare and measure all samples on the fit schedule. - Managed project timelines and duties using Asana, ensured all teams are hitting deadlines, samples and production are exiting factory on time, hosted meetings or communicated with other departments in order to address any incomplete tasks. - Communicated with factories regarding fit comments and development, managed tracking sheets with approvals and sample status, review print strike offs and color lab dips, set up review with design on any unsatisfactory samples to approve as is or request a resubmit, while avoiding any delays. - Performed or requested any testing required for the garments performance. This included in house testing per AATCC and Stance standards, out of house testing (Intertek) for specific vendors and/or categories, and fit and function testing for all size runs to ensure proper fit grading. - Hosted seasonal “Buy Ready” meeting with design, creative, merchandising and marketing to hand off all samples for photoshoots and marketing, and addressing any “Not Buy Ready” styles with notes and sample updates.

- Collaborated with overseas factories to develop fabric and trims requested by the design team. Review and send comments requested updated samples if needed. - Attended fit sessions to prepare samples scheduled for fitting, take fit notes for the design team, and take pictures of the sample on model. - Assisted with CADs and hand sketching for the pattern making, design and merchandising team. - Created line sheets, prepared samples and communicated with vendors, buyers and showrooms for the seasonal line reviews. - Handled all purchase orders and vendor requests such as sample lab dips, sample strike offs, and design room supply needs.
