Leveraging years of developing others from inside large organizations, I founded Mullins Professional Group, LLC (MPG) in 2021 to help companies adopt inclusive practices that drive employee engagement and retention.ICF-certified executive coach working with individuals and teams, certified facilitator for top Blanchard workshops, and authorized distributor of Hogan Assessments (used in individual and team development settings).The quest for inclusive workplaces drives me, and I have a special interest in building neuro-inclusive workplaces. I've completed specific ADHD training and a certificate in Neuroscience for Business from MIT to help me support neurodivergent perspectives.
