Internship (200 hours) at the Harvard Art Museums in the Islamic and Near Eastern Art department as a part of the Museum Studies Masters in Liberal Arts program at Harvard University Extension School. Project consisted of transcription of past exhibition labels (on paper) into collections database. In addition to data entry, activities included identifying exhibition objects previously on loan now held in the permanent collection, helping to create format for identifying/indicating incomplete data, researching undated exhibitions, sorting/organizing folder contents, identifying additional materials for future projects (updates to bibliographic materials, etc.), and informing curators of misfiled or non-exhibition object information found in files.
