After nearly two decades as an attorney, I transitioned into business leadership at Equifax. My greatest adventure has been transforming a 125-year-old credit bureau into a global data, analytics and technology leader. What I’ve learned in my career is this: Always seek out different viewpoints. Strive for pragmatism, and keep it simple. Embrace new opportunities. And build resilience (it’s your strongest muscle). I set the bar high for myself and those around me, and I empower people to achieve their potential. I’m constantly learning. As a mentor and leader, I encourage teams to think creatively, problem-solve and drive solutions through influence. My life is rooted in the community and has been for most of my career. Currently, I serve on the boards of the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Leadership Atlanta, the Woodruff Arts Center, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and Agnes Scott College, and am a member of the International Women’s Forum, the Atlanta Rotary Club and the Carter Center’s Board of Councilors. To recharge, I enjoy traveling, cooking and reading.
