Merchandise Manager
Current- Responsible for all physical manifestations and global assortment of the BOA brand including apparel, gear, branded assets and retail collateral for employee and promotional use
- Built and continue to evolve the global product merchandising strategy including creative assets, distribution plans and budget
- Ensure financial targets of the program are met by strategically managing budgets, tracking and organizing expenses and analyzing variances to extract insights and recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and senior leadership to ensure all business needs are planned for in merchandising strategy
- Manage all projects, including key stakeholder alignment, creative kickoff, order placement and tracking, and finalization
- Created replenishment strategy based on inventory level and demand, including the continued sourcing of product, lead time management, and fulfillment
