Protect Our Winters UK is a new charity aimed at the outdoor sports community, focused on raising awareness and driving positive action on climate change. Responsible for building all communications and marketing platforms from scratch, including:• All brand guidelines and content strategy• Content creation (website, blog, newsletter, press and marketing materials)• Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo)• Recruiting and nurturing a growing team of talented volunteers • Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns • Organising events in London and European ski resorts• On-boarding corporate partners including the Telegraph Ski and Snowboard Festival (official charity partner 2018) • Securing our first major corporate sponsorship with a renewable energy company• Press coverage in national and industry press including BBC World, The Telegraph, Health and Fitness, Fall-Line, Verbier Life• Stakeholder engagement• Athlete/influencer relations – bringing on high profile snow sports athletes as ambassadors

In this global role for Cyber Security and IT Operations Expert 1E, I was responsible for: developing, executing, and implementing global PR strategy; managing UK and Global PR and digital markeing agencies; and creating multi-channel content.Initially taken on for a three-month contract, I saw an opportunity to carve a role for myself at 1E when the decision was taken to re-allocate budget away from PR. I ensured a smooth transition from working with 1E's US and UK-based PR agencies, to bringing all PR in-house, collaborating closely with 1E's talented team of content, digital and social media specialists to integrate and elevate 1E’s existing PR strategy. This included developing and generating high quality content including press releases, thought leadership articles, case studies, blogs, videos and industry reports, as well as securing speaking opportunities and winning several high profile industry awards.In addition to delivering 1E’s Global PR, my role also encompassed Analyst Relations and developing a Customer Referencing programme.

Social360 provides organisations with social media monitoring and analysis. My role as a freelance editor is to analyse data and translate it into concise reports, delivering clients with targeted information into how they are viewed by online communities.

Working with the Travel Team across South African Tourism, The Cyprus Tourism Organisation in the run up to the World Travel Market. Stakeholder engagement, media relations, social media, organising press trips and working on new business. Before leaving, I organised and took a group of five journalists on a 'responsible tourism' themed trip to Cyprus.
