Born to lead, trained to succeed. I am the Head of the HOA Department at NIVO Solar, LLC. I thrive in positions of leadership and pride myself on my efficient and effective work style. I am regularly recognized for my accomplishments in the company and have most recently been called "The Swiss army knife" of the operations team for my experience in various departments of the company's back office. On top of leading the HOA department, I have also trained and worked in the permitting and designs department. I have used these opportunities to learn new skills, develop a deeper appreciation for the scope of work of the individual departments, as well as helped create training materials for future employees. I love working at NIVO and am happy to be a valued member of the team.
