I am an experienced project manager, audio producer, podcaster, storyteller, and workshop facilitator with over thirteen years in the radio and podcasting field. My work has taken me from hosting and producing commercial radio shows for KFM and Cape Talk, two of the biggest radio stations in South Africa, to co-founding Bear Radio, a Berlin-based podcast production house, consultancy, and school. At Bear Radio, I have worked with clients such as GIZ, Earlybird Venture Capital, Blinkist, Zalando, The Africa Policy Research Institute, Springer, and others. I have also worked on a number of projects as a private consultant, including developing and producing book summaries for Blinkist, writing, recording, and producing Berlin audio guides for OneGuide, and am currently a correspondent and producer for the award-winning series Peace Talks Radio by Good Radio Shows, Inc, a nonprofit media organization creating broadcast programs that inform, inspire, and improve the human condition.My skills include storytelling, script writing, ideation and concept development, audio production, sound design, strategy, project management, voice-over artistry, public speaking, education, workshop development and facilitation, community management, event management and social media content production. I am proficient in English and German.In addition to my professional work, I continue to offer my audio production services, pro bono, to various community projects and regularly provide guidance and mentorship to a number of past Bear Radio School students who have sought out further consulting, post the completion of their workshop series.
