I have a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and Sustainable Business from UNESC University and a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FUMEC University.I believe in transformation through sustainable development and innovation, without compromising financial progress. My aim is to contribute to building a more sustainable and prosperous future, encompassing not just companies, but the whole of society and the planet, integrating the economic, social and environmental pillars in a balanced way.I see companies as key players in this construction, through the development of projects with a positive impact and innovation in all sectors.I am currently leading the implementation of an ESG program in a company in the construction sector, contributing from risk analysis to the definition and implementation of sustainable actions.I believe that the most dangerous phrase we have as a society is "We've always done it this way", and that's why I strive every day to do things differently and make a difference, and that's what motivates me on a daily basis.~Pós-graduada em Sustentabilidade e Negócios Sustentáveis, pela Universidade UNESC, e graduada em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade FUMEC.Acredito na transformação por meio do desenvolvimento sustentável e da inovação, sem comprometer o progresso financeiro. Meu objetivo é contribuir para a construção de um futuro mais sustentável e próspero, abrangendo não apenas empresas, mas toda a sociedade e o planeta, integrando de maneira equilibrada os pilares econômico, social e ambiental.Vejo as empresas como agentes fundamentais nessa construção, através do desenvolvimento de projetos com impacto positivo e da inovação em todos os setores.Atualmente, lidero a implementação de um programa de ESG em uma empresa do setor de construção civil, contribuindo desde a análise de riscos até a definição e execução de ações sustentáveis.Acredito que a frase mais perigosa que temos como sociedade é “Nós sempre fizemos desse jeito”, e é por isso que busco diariamente fazer diferente e fazer diferença, e é isso que me motiva diariamente.
