•Drive international programs implementation activities and ensure quality, consistency, and first-class service delivery. •Collaborate with Claims teams to ensure the efficient and timely exchange of information with the client. •Keep up to date information in systems and tools. •Supervise and report on operational program performance and address issues to ensure agreed service levels are kept within agreed tolerances, taking vital actions where required by early identification of bottlenecks.•Facilitate transactional business and coordinate policy and invoice issuance process using our IT Tools.•Regularly interaction with insurers and clients.•Ensure policies, certificates, invoices and all other contractual documentation.
