Greening Marketing is a hive of creative ideas and the fun part is contributing to them. I write, edit and research content for a range of publications and events for Greening's diverse portfolio, often at short notice and with tight deadlines. On occasion I interview clients: I enjoy putting them at their ease and finding out who they are and what they do. Working with the Greening team we find just the right marketing note they need to reach their goals.

No two days are the same at Agree: the work they do is fascinating. This team is in high demand for its experience in workplace investigations, mediation, training, conflict management and group facilitation. My role is just as varied. One day I might be facilitating a roundtable meeting, guiding groups to distill their ideas; the next I could be writing up a report, with an eye to making it interesting and readable. Busy people are swamped with material: my goal is to gather what's important and make it relevant and visually appealing for them.
