The G7 Research Group is a global network of scholars, students, and professionals in the academic, research, media, business, non-governmental, governmental, and intergovernmental communities who follow the work of the G7-related institutions. The group's mission is to serve as the world's leading independent source of information, analysis, and research on the G7.Managed a multiyear research project on incorporating sex, gender, and intersecting identity considerations into climate change and health adaptation measures in Canada.Authored and co-authored peer-reviewed publications on the effectiveness of the G7 and G20 in governing and implementing international policy commitments on gender equality, sustainability, and global health.Provided strategic advice to external stakeholders, including the Government of Canada, G7 and G20 engagement groups, and NGOs on how to improve effectiveness and influence within the G7 and G20 summit governance process.

The Office of the Vice-President, International (OVPI) engages with institutions in regions, countries, and cities of strategic priority and leverages international opportunities for research, scholarship, learning, and mobility. By providing leadership on international initiatives, the Office develops and maintains key international partnerships.Contributing to the planning, development, and evaluation of U of T's international strategy.Supporting U of T's role in the U7+ Alliance of World Universities, which is aimed at structuring and advancing the role of universities as global actors across the multilateral agenda.Managing funding programs designed to enhance the training of graduate students through international collaboration. Developing processes and practices to increase the impact of such programs.

Led the implementation of U of T’s international strategy in Europe and the United States. Provided strategic advice and primary support for key initiatives related to U of T’s international strategy. Enriched existing relationships with international partners and internal academic units through the planning, support, and execution of collaborative research workshops, joint calls for proposals, and high-level inbound and outbound delegations.

Assisted with the development of a template and quantitative indicators used to track and evaluate the equity, diversity, human rights and AODA objectives and achievements of the individual divisions within the Toronto Public Service. Collected and consolidated survey and best practice data for presentation in a final report to Toronto City Council. Provided policy recommendations based on an analysis of international, national, public, and private organizational change initiatives on embedding equity, diversity, and human rights programming and policies
