We’ve built a thriving community of over 8,000 members centered around events that bring people together. From yoga classes in Warsaw to a Book Club in Gdańsk, and even a garage sale in Cracow, we’re all about creating opportunities for new friendships to blossom.As part of my role, I’m focused on:→ Crafting growth strategies and shaping our brand identity.→ Analyzing the competition and spotting new opportunities for expansion.→ Forging partnerships to help us grow even further.Our platform connects people by curating the best events in over a dozen Polish cities, and we even organize our own to keep the vibes going.We have a team of 14 ambassadors across Poland’s largest cities who handpick the most exciting events each week, ensuring our community is always in the know.And we’re just getting started.

→ As a freelancer in the creative industry, I've delved into what excites me most. I’ve photographed actors like Karolina Bruchnicka and Nicole Bogdanowicz, capturing their essence. As a UX researcher, I’ve conducted usability studies, analyzed competitors, and provided clients with strategic recommendations.→ In social media, I’ve developed strategies, managed profiles, created engaging content, and built vibrant communities. Now, I’m channeling all this experience into my work as a freelance strategist, helping brands find their voice and direction.

→ As a mentee, my primary goal was to enrich my storytelling abilities within the realm of user experience. Guided by mentor Kasia Stefaniuk over the course of four months, I embarked on a journey aimed at refining my skills and techniques in conveying user insights effectively.→ Beyond the 1:1 sessions with my mentor, the program provided a range of resources, including HR consultations, thematic webinars, and networking events, all within a community of nearly 300 individuals: mentors, HR consultants, Program Partners, and other mentees.→ Out of 1000 applications to the program for mentees, 120 women were selected.
