1. General coordination of work in the direction of humanitarian aid to the energy sector.2. Communication with government authorities, local self-government, energy companies of Ukraine and negotiations with international donors and main stakeholders.3. Conducting negotiations and organization of contracts signing with donors / partners.4. Coordinating the collection of energy companies' needs, providing advice and clarification.5. Coordinating the implementation of the AidEnergy platform (participation in writing the terms of reference, checking the implementation of functions, testing, communication with developers, holding seminars for Ukrainian energy companies and donors on the use of the platform, presentation of the platform).6. Organization of work and preparation of materials on the distribution of humanitarian aid for the Working Group of the Ministry of Energy.7. Coordination of the Energy Support Fund (communication with the Energy Community Secretariat, collection and processing of requests for support from Ukrainian energy companies, proposals for the distribution of available funding based on the priority system).8. Coordination of the process of purchasing equipment at the expense of the Energy Support Fund.9. Preparation of analytical documents on the receipt, distribution, use and accounting of humanitarian aid in the energy sector and other analytical materials at the request of the Ministry of Energy, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Office of the President.10. Preparation of official documents of the Ministry of Energy regarding humanitarian aid.

1. Coordination of the e-consumer project development (development of the concept, functionality, regulatory framework, participation in meetings with the authorities and key stakeholders).2. Participation in the development of the concept of the Project Office at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.3. Participation in projects to create data hubs (gas and electricity).4. Participation in the project on creation of Sectoral Cyber Centers.5. Development of business processes and regulations to ensure the organization of receiving, distributing, using and accounting for humanitarian aid to cover energy needs.6. Coordination of interaction with international organizations (GiZ, USAID, World Bank, Energy Community Secretariat).7. Development of a digital platform concept to optimize the process of collecting needs, receiving and distributing humanitarian aid – AidEnergy.8. Developing a mechanism for providing humanitarian assistance to the energy sector, preparing regulatory framework for the implementation of the mechanism.9. Implementation of the emergency energy HUB concept.
