Managed a group of 10 staff and ensured they were performing their jobs as counsellors to the highest standard. Provided bi-monthly performance appraisals on how the sectional staff members were performing their daily duties. Oversaw 40-60 children aged 13-14; scheduled and organized activities for the entire section and ensured the children were having the absolute best camp experience. Communicated with camper parents regularly on the well-being of their children through phone calls and email.
