Worked in the ICS Community Collaborative to identify system-wide product requirements for Remote Monitoring and Virtual Wards in line with national guidance. This included stakeholder engagement, market analysis and requirement gathering as well identifying areas that could be developed into Virtual Wards i.e existing hospital@home models.

Project managed 2 concurrent large scale EPR deployments from implementation to optimisation including business change management and benefits realisation. Also worked internally to implement various internal business change projects such as streamlining systems and improving communications including implementing the companies CRM and completion of Cyber Essentials Basic and Plus, Penetration Testing and Data Protection assessments.
