I joined the Board at the The Everyman in 2014 and I also sit on the sub-committee for the recruitment of the newly created role of Fundraising Manager.

Happy Tours is a new venture I have set up along with two business partners Enrico Zoppi and Joan Walsh. We run sightseeing day tours from Cork city on Saturdays and Sundays.We also offer tailor-made tours for private groups (corporate, family, wedding groups etc).

Network Ireland is a networking organisation for women in business, the professions and the arts. 2013 marked 30 years of Network Ireland and I am proud to have been president of an organisation representing such a dynamic cross-section of women working in all sectors.

I was President of this women's networking organisation for the year 2011. This is a voluntary position and I worked with a great team of other businesswomen to organise monthly events for over 120 members.

As part of IBEC's Export Orientation Programme I was chosen for an internship at Taxback.com. I worked in their Taxback International office in Dusseldorf. I attended trade shows throughout the period of my internship informing Italian participants about the possibilty of reclaiming the VAT spent while attending the trade show in Germany. I gained excellent sales and marketing experience in this role as well as exposure to international clients.

I worked in the family business for one year organising a major antique and fine art auction. I was responsible for general administration as well as database management, marketing, promotion of the event as well as liaising with the media regarding the auction. I successfully obtained press and television coverage for the event.
