During my internship at Comfort Capital, I played a key role in supporting the firm's efforts to raise syndicated equity for a $300 million investment fund focused on Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC). I contributed to strategic initiatives aimed at attracting investors, including the development and distribution of compelling investment materials such as articles, blogs, market analyses, offering memoranda, and return forecasts. These efforts resulted in increased investor confidence in the company. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the Head of Acquisition to evaluate potential off-market transactions, utilizing prospecting techniques like cold calling to identify opportunities within the MHC sector. Throughout my internship, I acquired proficiency in Active Campaign CRM software, employing it for efficient data management and client communication. My time at Comfort Capital was marked by a willingness to learn and adapt, allowing me to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies in the dynamic environment of investment management.

During my time as Vice President of Finance for my sorority, I was responsible for managing the chapter's finances, handling tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining detailed records. This included creating budgets, sending out invoices, and keeping thorough records. I ensured that all financial affairs were conducted accurately and in alignment with our budgetary objectives. I upheld compliance with established budget goals, implementing strategies to optimize financial efficiency and accountability within the organization. This role not only sharpened my financial management skills but also deepened my understanding of the importance of fiscal responsibility and transparency in organizational operations.

During my internship at CREDE, I focused on researching potential real estate development opportunities in the San Diego MSA. I used HubSpot CRM to create and execute marketing strategies, ensuring optimal outreach and engagement. I also used CoStar to connect with local brokers, which helped me understand the market better and find potential development projects. I researched zoning laws and how they affect real estate development, and I used that information to make informed decisions about potential projects. This experience gave me a better understanding of the real estate industry and improved my skills in market analysis.

Through my hostess job, I welcomed guests in a friendly manner and seated guests according to the seating chart and kept track of restaurant activity in order to determine seating arrangements. I also responded to the guest's requests in an efficient manner, opened and closed as needed by the restaurant, and assisted the servers in side work in terms of cleaning up and restocking. Most importantly I maintained positive relationships with my coworkers in order to keep a positive work environment.

Through my job at Marcus and Millichap I assisted with property inspections and tours, and I also helped the team with aerial and ground photography of all the listings and marketing material.
