I carry out various activities, but not limited to:Entering data into the SESP/EPTS/OpenMrs database;Coordinating the organisation of the data flow to ensure that all the necessary information is entered into SESP/OpenMRS;Cross-referencing of weekly and monthly data from all points of care and counselling (STARV, CCR, Saaj, CPN, TB, Paediatrics, UATS/ATIP, APSS);Ensure that the data flow is working and other clinical care sectors;Check that the patients' details are correctly filled in on the master sheets, ATS book, Pre-tarv and Tarv;Entering data from the risk assessment form for HIV infection in lactating women into REDCapCompare data regularly and monitor the progress of indicators; Report faults found in the SESP/OpenMrs system to be corrected in good time;Carry out daily data collection of priority indicators for weekly monitoring evaluation and share in weekly Tarv committees with the team and the clinical focal point of the US; Cross-reference the list of patients with and without a consultation and triangulate it with the sources (FILAS, pharmacy book, master files) and share it with the focal point to issue calls and active searches in the community;Draw up a list of patients awaiting consultation, pharmacy and laboratory and share it with the US clinical team, clinical focal point and counsellors for appropriate calls;Validate all database indicators and graphs on a weekly basis and carry out an immediate action plan for each key data entry point.
