UX researcher and strategist dedicated to integrating ethical design into our future. Her curiosity about others' experiences and diverse ways of achieving goals began at a young age. Julia loved assembling things, especially furniture, but often found the instructions confusing, leading her to find her own way of assembly (which was the fun part). This led her to wonder: "How are others experiencing these instructions, and what if they can't understand them?" Today, as an Experience Consultant at Slalom, Julia channels that curiosity into her work. She advocates for end users by prioritizing inclusive methods and ensuring that diverse perspectives are incorporated throughout the design process.
