With an eclectic background, from British Airways to a successful acting career and communications coaching, I went onto complete my NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) journey from Practitioner level through to becoming an NLP Master Coach. I now coach individuals and teams, combining this knowledge with other coaching models and my own authentic approach. Over the last eighteen years, I have been using these skills working with businesses from start-ups through to SMEs and Corporate Organisations, more recently working with the senior leadership team at Barclays Bank, Blue Cross Charity and Cisco. I have worked across a wide variety of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Finance, Telecom, Manufacturing and within the NHS and Civil Service. I have a persistent energy wrapped up with humility and humour that sees my clients ‘safely shake their worlds’ in a space that is fully supported. Stepping out of the comfort zone, using energy, focus and an ability to ‘play’ and be ‘in the moment’ really sees my approach to coaching and training come to life. My real passion lies in my ability to identify how leaders can be even more effective when it comes to delivering their messages with gravitas and impact. Through finding their voice and empowering them to communicate with confidence and presence, my clients are therefore able to be their most authentic version of themselves. I am always looking to create a truly memorable and alternative approach in my coaching.More recently I have been working with Shape Talent helping large complex organisations to accelerate gender equality, something I am incredibly passionate about.
