About Júlia Moutropoulos

Hello! I'm Júlia, 24 years old, residing in Araraquara, in the interior of São Paulo, Brazil. I'm passionate about public policies and their universe — including the interactions between the first, second, and third sectors. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Unesp in 2023. During this period, I was a scholarship holder in the Tutorial Education Program (PET), an initiative of the Ministry of Education of Brazil; I presided over the Representative Council of Public Management Students, conducted academic research and volunteer work, and, above all, obtained a humanistic education.My final thesis was the result of scientific research aimed at investigating the intersection of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and cyberactivism with advocacy to end obstetric violence in the Brazilian healthcare system. Currently, I am pursuing a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Social Responsibility and Public Policies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) and work as a Project Assistant at Politize!, collaborating in managing a corporate social responsibility program that aims to generate tangible benefits for a local community through active citizenship.My activities include facilitating workshops, reporting key progress to the management committee, fostering partnerships with stakeholders, conducting meetings, and participating in managerial and administrative processes, including the construction, monitoring, and evaluation of project dashboards. Additionally, my journey includes work related to technical and economic regulation at a state-concessioned company in São Paulo that went through a privatization process, where I developed essential skills to understand and tackle regulatory and political challenges.In summary, I am an early-career professional with a lot of interest, enthusiasm, and energy for new learnings. 😊
