o Preparation of statistical quality essays, collecting data in each production phase of lead acid batteries for automotive use, to establish practical solutions in each phase of the process to increase the performance of batteries in a steady state.Objectives achieved: Some deviation were found in most of the production phases of the lead acid batteries. Setting those deviation and eliminating them from the process, the capacity of the battery in steady state were increased in 20%.
