I work on the front end of our product with Angular in a medium sized team. I am responsible for the user facing UI and work across the board implementing new features and tests through to improvements and bug fixes.

I started working on an existing Angular product, having to learn the existing code base quickly. I worked on bug fixes, feature improvements and new features.After moving team I worked with 5 - 10 people directly on an R&D service based platform using a varying range of technologies. I mainly used Angular and Adobe XD within my role but I received broad exposure to other tools, packages and languages.I worked heavily in UI/UX design and implementation from the start of the project - typically I would design and implement new features. I was writing new code, including tests and integrations with our rapidly changing APIs.I found myself able to quickly flesh out good looking designs in code and draft, but also able to polish them to a very high standard in look, function and code quality.

I worked with the R&D team part time in my final year at university. The project was an IIOT production line reporting and analytics tool. The software was made to be deployed on the automated lines Facteon makes as well as to be licensed in its own right. I worked mainly with Python, node.js and Angular 6+ to implement useful functionally and achieve multiple PoC successes.My most notable PoC was an automated PDF generator in node.js that allowed report templates to be written in code. As it was using the same packages the front end I was able to achieve a seamless flow from the UI displays to printed reports.
