Julian uses this knowledge to determine network strategy, site selection, and site design to ensure each new outlet performs strongly in highly competitive markets. One of the few retail property developers who has experienced life on both sides of the fence, Julian's valuable tenant side experience gives him an understanding of the key drivers for new outlets. And, importantly, over the years Julian has formed strong industry relationships built on trust and integrity which allow candid discussions on new sites and a partnership approach to problem solving and achieving outcomes.Julian founded Spectrum Retail Group in March 2017 and currently serves as the group's Managing Director. Spectrum Retail is focused on real estate development, investment and management for the convenience retail and fast food sectors.
