Leadership of 70 application developers on an international basis (UK, Paris, Florence, Madrid, India) to create an multi country vehicle leasing application (Java Spring / Oracle) including migration from legacy systems. Creating high value business benefit through standardization across 4 diverse sets of business processes. Introduction of agile techniques to improve collaboration with business users and development quality.Leadership of IT Production department consisting of 40 people covering application and infrastructure teams to deliver high value IT services to the Arval UK business. Using ITIL V3 to reduce priority 1 incidents (reduction from 70+ per year to < 12).
