Julian is currently the Project Manager for the Western Livestock Price Insurance Program. The project will deliver a program to the four western provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). This project expands the program already in place in Alberta to the other three western provinces and is planned to go live in February 2014.

As of February 2012 is now an employee of Alberta Pensions Services Corporation as a Senior Project Manager. Julian is responsible for managing the Next generation Project from an APS perspective, This initiative is a multi-year $60M project unertaken in conjuction with a contracted vendor and will replace most of the systems currently used at APS with an integrated solution.

Senior Project Manager responsible for the Pharmacy Replacement System - this is a 2.5 year project that will replace the existing Pharmacy system in 11 Edmonton hospitals. A project team of 60 will eventually work on the project. The project has progressed since May of 2010 and is currently proceeding through user acceptance testing (UAT). Julian has managed this project successfully and the project is ahead of schedule, 10% under budget and has added scope without altering timelines or budget.

As a senior Project Manager, Julian is managing the project that will replace all the outdated Pharmacy systems in the Edmonton Zone by the end of 2013. The first phase will replace 11 Hospital Pharmacy solution before Dec 31, 2012
