My role within the company is to contact businesses and make first contact by telephone/email as potential clients who may require a fire risk assessment as part of government legislation, I am also managing social media/website content and networking face to face with business colleagues.

Making initial contact with prospective customers through internal leads from support team, building a professional rapport, demonstrating good knowledge of product. Communication and negotiating skills are imperative, as well as the ability to speak with enthusiasm and energy and to actively listen to the potential customer. Processing customer enquiries, a friendly warm approach was required at all times, together with a flexible approach as my role varied to meet the demands of the customers and service delivery.
