I’m a detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for Construction and Themed Entertainment, driven by a lifelong goal: to build roller coasters. While getting to experiences projects transform from conception to completion, I thoroughly enjoy guiding teams through each phase ensuring milestones are achieved, budgets are met, and processes are optimized. My approach is strategic, meticulously planned, and grounded in efficiency to deliver high-quality results.In my recent work, I've tackled challenging projects, such as overseeing the design and operational layout for a new warehouse, balancing safety standards with spatial efficiency to maximize productivity. I also designed the fulfillment processes and utilized my self-taught skills in JavaScript to automate KPI reporting and bridge gaps in our current system, eliminating the need for new software. One of my proudest achievements was single-handedly developing a custom order-processing system that eliminated hours of labor needs, reduced shipping costs by 12% and boosted order accuracy by 8 percentage points.Languages are another skill and interest of mine that I bring to my work.
