An experienced restructuring and operational performance professional with experience across a range of areas and sectors. Work has primarily focussed on large scale Turnaround and Transformation programmes. Specific experience includes:- a major estates nationwide rationalisation transformation programme, initially in building the plan and later implementation of it. Specific roles included site identification, site level exit planning, and project management of a £35+ million programme alongside extensive stakeholder engagement- an in depth review of income in an organisation with turnover of £400+ million to support a turnaround plan- extensive project management of national teams across several types of engagement, working with a range of stakeholders including Board members and senior executives- analysis and review of a major retailers profitability - due diligence work on target businesses

I worked in International Executive Services within the wider People Services practice, advising and helping international employers (including several large investment banks) with a range of personal tax matters relating to their global workforce. I also worked gained experience in Employment Tax assisting clients with their UK filing obligations.

Supporting dedicated claims handlers with employer liability and property claims in all aspects of the claim.
