As I reflect on my 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I am reminded of the journey that led me to found Soutec. Throughout my career, I've gained a deep understanding of companies' operational, infrastructure, risk, cybersecurity, and communication needs. I've seen first-hand what works and what doesn't in the business world, and it inspired the purpose I wanted to instill in my own company: to generate well-being. My vision was to create an environment where our staff would eagerly wake up each day, feeling happy and motivated to contribute. In 2014, my business partners Gianfranco Di Girolamo, Carlos Silva, and I embarked on a journey to bring that purpose to life with Soutec. Our mission was to become a Managed Service provider dedicated to making small businesses more productive, secure, and reliable. At Soutec, my team and I continually strive to share the most effective techniques to enhance systems and secure data. Our goal is to ensure companies operate at 100% of their digital functionality while safeguarding them from potential cyber threats. Our passion and persistent effort have resulted in noteworthy achievements, including earning the 2nd position among the fastest-growing companies in South Florida in 2019. Moreover, I was honored to be recognized as a Power Leader by the South Florida Business Journal. Our journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and we look forward to continued growth and the privilege of serving our clients.
