Managed the Shipping and Production Operations of Cement and Aggregates in the field at the Seattle Facility. Responsible for routine maintenance/operation of two Finish Mill circuits, and planning/executing inventory transfers to meet the demands of Customers, Barge loading, and Pod Blender operations.Experienced in coordinating daily operations with upper management to meet production goals with minimal downtime through good communication, development and implementation of standard operating procedures, and the use and monitoring of proprietary human/machine interface programs.Very experienced in troubleshooting, deductive reasoning, problem solving, inventory management, rail car movement, customer interfacing, heavy equipment operation, employee training, and maximizing equipment productivity.At Lafarge, safety is always the number one priority.
