Hello my name is Julian Thomas and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic biologist interested in all aspects and phases of natural science.Through the natural course of things, I was introduced to enthymology and biomimetic through a wide range of bachelor and master studies in Osnabrück and Aachen. This interest is now accumulating in my PhD position at the CAU - University in Kiel in the research group of Prof. Dr. Gorb. Due to my interesting PhD position, which has a focus on teaching, I have gained very good experience and skills in supervising, teaching and motivating students. Nevertheless, my interest in all other areas of natural science has not changed, which makes it easy for me to motivate myself for new projects and thus learn quickly.Furthermore, I have good social skills due to my open and cordial nature, which helps me to integrate into new working groups and environments.
