In-Country coordination of supply and in-service support contract for Electronically Controlled, Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus between UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Carleton Technologies Inc., USA.Responsible for production of commercial tender responses, including technical costings and associated documentation, required to support MoD contracts, for submission by Board of Directors.Responsible for submission and management of budgets for engineering, design and purchasing projects, together with presentation of proposals for capital expenditure, including the presentation of cost recovery plans.

Responsible for investigation of equipment defects in response to MoD requests regarding Diving and Respiratory Equipment, Compression Chambers, Compressors and Test Equipment. Involved in the ongoing review of in-service equipment against current standards and regulations and production of trials and test reports for new equipments in addition to the production of user/maintainer documentation and risk assessment.Accountable for the co-ordination of projects for the RN, providing the interface between MoD, RN and equipment suppliers from around the world, together with the management of the production of UK manufactured equipment for supply to the MoD.His additional duties included being Health and Safety Executive, Part III - Commercial diving certified to support position in Company Dive Team, responsible for trials and testing of military and commercial Diving Equipment, including open-circuit and closed circuit re-breathers.
