My first major project was to lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System which enables efficient production, and accurate production counts. I led a project team of 28, and $1 million budget. My next project was a Distribution diagnostic project. We identified over 600 ‘as is’ resource, technology, and process differences between regions and identified business requirements for one standard solution. This information was key, as I oversaw the design, master data, quality assurance, and implementation of one standard SAP EWM Distribution solution. During my time with Canada Bread I also developed a 12 year national trailer replacement strategy to save $2.6 million, and implemented a national supply chain scorecard with 4 key metrics. -
