Practicing a sport and competing taught me to work with objectives and aim for accomplishment in all aspects of my life. It is thanks to horseback riding that I have the values of responsibility, resilience, discipline and respect in my life. I love to seek adventure and always challenge myself and that’s why I did my bachelor's degree in business administration and my master abroad, in France.I started my career in the sport industry, with the French retailer Decathlon, as a department manager. This first job taught me to love retail and leading commercial teams in the field. My excellent results in sales led me to a new position as operation manager where I developed a strong talent: organization and budget control. I was then offered the opportunity to lead the opening of a new store, from construction to hiring the entire team. That’s when I knew I loved to detect and develop talent. 5 out of 8 employees of my team assumed a leadership position later in the company. My next step was one of the most challenging, I was named marketing leader for the country with 13 stores. I managed to accomplish sales objectives, e-commerce traffic and to boost spontaneous notoriety by 5 points. My last job was to lead an entire region (Antioquia) with 4 stores and a team of 400 people where the challenge was to assure EBIT, client satisfaction and have a strong talented team. I have strong interpersonal skills, which enable me to effectively guide, teach, and develop members of my team. I find joy in analyzing numbers and am detail-oriented, which greatly contributes to my strong organizational capacity. I'm incredibly goal-driven, always striving for excellence. My extensive knowledge in the retail industry, combined with a proven track record of boosting sales, underscores my expertise in this field. My passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences fuels my commitment to helping others achieve their career goals.I am currently seeking a full time job in a company with strong values, and the willingness to make a difference with a good impact.
