Graduated in industrial engineering, I decided to change my career to get new opportunities and use my acquirements on another areas. In 2019 I discovered the lean manufacturing and I saw how these approaches can be applied to different actions and contexts to improve a product quality or service. However, in 2020 I chosen to experience the UX Design because of UX Unicórnio course by Leandro Rezende. While I was studied, I read books for example “The Mom Test” by Rob Fitzpatrick, “Laws of UX: Using Psychology to Design Better Products & Services” by Jon Yablonski, “Introdução e boas práticas em UX Design” by Fabricio Teixeira, “Acessibilidade na Web” by Reinaldo Ferraz, to gather different views a important questions to UX Design.When I scribe my first hypothetical case, I can saw what it is like to create a new product from the beginning using a defined design process and developing my skills over the course. The selected problem was the access to consults with health specialists during the COVID-19 pandemic. My interests are User Interfaces, UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Whiting and Experience Mapping.
