As a Senior Engineer that has worked for more than 20 years on the Aerospace Industry, my objective is to enhance the coverage of my career into a new field of such business, based in Market Analysis, Customer Support, Marketing and Management, with preference for working in Europe.To do this new job effectively, I have exercised a vastly different set of skills on a daily basis to what I have exercised as an Engineer. I was given the opportunity of leading small and different working groups, negotiating important goals into multi-cultural environments, listening to customers and partners, researching and proposing new business to the company, following the market movements into the Aerospace Industry and into the Global Economy, among others. In this way I have developed and practiced, in all possible ways, some important `non-technical´ skills like teamwork, conflict resolution, listening and co-ordination. Throughout these years of study and preparation I have participated of the development of more than 15 Programs on the Commercial, Executive and Defense segments, working for great manufacturers like Embraer, Bombardier and Airbus, as interacting with dozens of suppliers and professionals around the world. As a complement on my Technical Education I have concluded a Master of Business Administration and I am opened to consider each improvement on the skills that eventually would be demanded into this new job, as a learning opportunity and I will be investing on that.
