Role: In my current position I’m 100% hands on and I’m in charge of the following projects. Reporting to the Americas Communications Director, my responsibilities are to lead locally: stakeholders management strategy, PR and press strategy, reputation crisis management, develop an action plan of initiatives to support to CSR culture, support to the Leadership, create and follow up change management communications plans, to offer support to Internal Communications with town halls and campaigns.Delivered: - Updated stakeholders matrix and aligned with the board;- Monthly articles in local media, focusing in Sustainable reputation;- Offered risk management training to the local crisis cells. Action plan supporting the Global Risk Management procedure;- Support to all operations change processes with communications plans to all stakeholders, such as mine operations suspension, emergency simulations, and more;- Monthly town halls to employees, also focusing on Sustainability goals and awareness;- To lead the Diversity & Inclusion Council meetings and create campaigns together with other employees;- Focal point to 1,200 employees to register Sustainability initiatives, supporting the United Nations SDGs, to a global internal contest. By leading workshops in local languages, I can assure employees' understanding about all rules and increase the quantity of local winners :)

Continuing my career in the French Group with the previous position responsibilities, and more:- Developing and leading the Communications Plans for change management projects, including the pandemic changes to the organisation;- Defining and managing the creation of local content to the LinkedIn pipeline supporting branding and reputation;- Developing the schedule, presentation and hosting monthly internal live broadcasts/ town halls;- To support local KPIs in the CSR Program of Imerys’ Group, including the Ecovadis rating;- Leading the D&I Council in South America and motivating volunteering initiatives from employees, such as live broadcasts and meetings about D&I in the workplace.

This was my second promotion in Imerys, and besides the Communications department and responsibilities, now I could also learn about CSR by being in charge also of the Social Project department, leading a total of 9 specialists.In charge of internal and external communications strategy and social projects.Implementation of the ISO 26000 (CSR).

With my first promotion in Imerys, besides the responsibilities in the previous position I also had the chance to improve my skills in: - Launching of one national ads campaigns called “Kaolin Here” with the goal to expose to stakeholders how the ore is part of people’s lives in many products, such as ceramics and paper ;- Launching of one photo contest about the company’s social projects, in 2015;- Leading the local media monitoring and evaluate PR and press strategy and to manage local media crisis. Managing periodic press requests about safety in the industrial facility;- To lead periodically trainings for the local crisis cell and spokesperson. Media crisis management.

My first step in the French Mining Group, Imerys, was focused in developing KPIs to each communication tool, to manage monthly and yearly reports. And to identify improvement opportunities in newsletters, internal announcements, internal campaigns, external adds, website, social media accounts and content.

In charge of the main office administration and maintenance. To organise the meetings schedule in the office and in the Government for the Institutional Affairs Director. To deliver official documents in Government offices and institutions. And participate in meetings to follow up decisions and to report results. Support activities to the Communications and Community Relations Department, such as: meeting reports and identifying cooperation opportunities with the Government.

Managing a team of 4 specialists to the reach the goal to offer local entrepreneurs and companies solid information and tools to promote new businesses in exports. To identify business and cooperation opportunities with other countries and to develop trade missions at Government level, from the travel planning until the travel itself and follow up of results, offering a final report. The participants of the trade missions were authorities and entrepreneurs and the travels were to: Venezuela and China. There were 2 cooperation documents signed with these 2 countries: Government Cooperation for Education and for Science. About 60% of the entrepreneurs who travelled for the trade missions did businesses;Structuring of one new investor support program to offer information and to receive the foreigners to get to know the industrial districts. Developing and supervising publications/ articles to foster foreign trade culture in the website and newsletter.
