As an IT Application Analyst II, I contribute to driving business expansion projects forward. Additionally, I regularly reported progress and status updates to both the tax team and leadership through detailed status reports.

In my role as a technical consultant, I provided support to the Brazilian tax and accounting team by addressing tickets and identifying and resolving root causes of issues. This responsibility minimized downtime and optimized system performance.Additionally, I managed the maintenance of Synchro Solfis and SFW, ensuring they were updated to the latest versions.
