Provide all types of systems in environments VMware-based virtualization, Citrix, Nutanix and Dell Storages. Currently with more than 200 VMs, almost always Linux. Availability of servers such as PostgreSQL, Sybase, Mysql, Mariadb databases; LDAP, samba; Apache, Jboss5, Jboss7, ownCloud, SVN web servers; mail server, SOGO Webmail, GNU Mailman; Moodle Platform; DNS, DHCP ;Management and execution of backup and recovery routines, in addition to defining security and access rules to resources using the Networker EMC and Commvault backup platforms; Planning and creating routines to perform cloning and copying on tape.Management of servers and applications, update of versions of the operating systems and applications, application of patches; Logging and monitoring the environment using Zabbix and centralizing logs using syslog’s.

Management of Linux-based servers, providing: web services, DNS, firewall, proxy, squid, email, webmail, samba, backup and redundant channels, secure inter-company access using VPN;Monitoring of machines, remote services, users, hosts, networks;Backup administration;Administration and configuration of the corporate network (wired and Wi-Fi);Management of Windows Server 2003 with Exchange mail and Active Directory;Customer support to troubleshoot email and connection issues;Network and information security management.

Deployment and management of Linux based servers;Enterprise network administration by configuring firewalls on Linux (iptables), proxy, Squid, DNS, redundant channels, secure VPN access, email servers;Server Administration Windows 2003, Exchange;Monitoring of services, remote servers, networks and backup;Level 2 support.

Support for basic systems and applications;Hardware maintenance, installation of internal software, configuration of network services on workstations;Coordination of the trainee team;Support for internal users.
