I am a data scientist and biomedical researcher with over 6 years of experience in applying machine learning and data analysis to biomedical data and real-world evidence (RWD) in health-care. I have a PhD in Neurosciences from the University of Barcelona and a Licentiate degree in Mathematics from the University of the Balearic Islands. As a Senior Biostatistician at the Medical Research Institute La Fe (IIS La Fe), I lead translational projects on RWE and public health-care, provide statistical advice in clinical research, write and edit statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, and implement statistical analysis using various coding languages (Python, Matlab, R, SAS). I also use data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms to support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes. I am a committed hard worker, a devoted learner, and an excellent communicator in multidisciplinary environments.
